0It has been my pleasure to work with NOPP for more than 10 years. The Offices provided have been respectful and have an appreciation of the Mission and Vision of St. Charles Surgical Hospital. The Administrative Team Members have been part of our rapid growth and success.
Early 2015, we had a house fire and had to have immediate guard service to secure and patrol the damaged property. I called NOPP and guard service arrived that afternoon. Further, NOPP suggested installing a video camera surveillance system, battery powered since the property did not have electricity, and were prompt to install the system with 7 perimeter cameras that are motion sensor activated and night vision capable. The system is in direct communication with the NOPP office and sends an alert when the system detects a perimeter breach. Warning signs are posted regarding the system around the property. I'm pleased to say that the system works and we have not had a security breach since it was installed 14 months ago. The system is very reasonable compared to having a security guard on the premises 24/7. NOPP also manages and provides manpower and vehicles for the the Garden District Security District where the property is located, and they are quick to respond when needed.
