Mavis in new rochelle left my strut bolts loose after getting new struts installed I showed the manager what they did he denied it was left loose but he offered to fix it by making it tight I would not leave my car with these people again John the boss was a nice guy and tried to resolve it making it tight but they never took blame for it I would not trust this place with my family car again they denied they left it loose this is a very serious safety issue someone could get injured from these kind of mistakes they told me they are not perfect .so if it was someone else not familiar about cars what would happen than ? The wheel could drop On the highway. So being nice won’t help in this situation right. I did try calling the corporate office number they posted here but all they do is tell you to deal with the store manager .If no one takes blame this means you have in-responsible employees , I guess Mavis has a good insurance policy to take care of it.

The 'workers' would not fix my tire even though there was still 45 mins until closing. Don't waste your time going here.
