Brought in a car to get the alternator changed. They said they had to remove the cooling system to get to it. Charged $600 for the service and to recharge the A/C. Picked the car up and the A/C does not work. They blamed it on everyone and everything but themselves. It worked before I took it in and now it does not work. This place is a scam. They wont take any responsibility for their work. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

I feel like Anderson Automotive has trained,up to date personnel and equipment. A good value for the money,but my biggest reason for reccomending them is I feel they are honest and respectful. I do not know much about cars and never feel as if I am being talked down to or being taken advantage of.It is hard to find this type of business in this day and age.

Been taking my Ford to Anderson for 4 years now, and they've always been fair and accurate in their work. I just took it in again; Anderson diagnosed the problem and, since it didn't involve a part, they didn't charge me for the labor of diagnosing the problem. I was extremely impressed.

I recently brought my wife's car in to be checked out for several issues that were plaguing it and causing it to underperform. John and the crew at Anderson took such great care of me that I always feel comfortable leaving my car with them. The work was terrific and my wife's 10-year old car now runs amazingly. Everytime I've taken my vehicle to Anderson Automotive, they have always acted in my best interest. They never perform any service to my vehicle unless it is necessary. My husband, Tom Watson, referred me to your shops. I was a little reluctant because it was so far from my office but I decided to go to the appointment anyway and I am glad I did. Steve was my mechanic and he was excellent. He recommended that I replace my tires and actually went out to show me what he was talking about. Bill was great also! I brought my daughter's car to Anderson Automotive and was thoroughly impressed. I had brought vehicles off/on in the past, but never had Anderson Automotive due regular maintenance on our vehicles. Bill/John very understood with the repair on the Cavalier as our daughter uses the vehicle at college and to/from Lawrence. They understood her being a student that her need for the vehicle was timely and did the repair conducive to her budget. I will be taking my son's vehicle there for repair in the near future as well as our other vehicles going forward.
