Just Awesome Service 8/24/18
We checked in and went to upgrade after a Mustang pulled next to us but long story short Alamo card system needs updating doesn't allow same cars run twice on same card ( Looks like fraud from our credit union, even when I had them on phone mind you we are from out of state) so this Manager Brittany upgraded us anyway and I'm posting pictures to prove but her staff that day as well needs a 10 star *****
With this said to Alamo( Upgrade your payment system to keep the ease of customer satisfaction)
If it weren't for your staff the experience wouldn't be there.

We always dread a visit to the Orlando Airport, but this time was an exception - Alamo made car pickup and return easy and stress-free. We were in and out of the airport in under 20 minutes!

Fast, friendly access to clean reasonably priced low mileage cars. From check out to check in the rental car experience at Alamo in Orlando was easy.

We were happy with the variety of cars and that we could choose the one we wanted. Also, when we returned the car it was a VERY busy time but we were greeted promptly and a lovely gentleman assisted us with our baggage to the ticket counter. Excellent experience at Orlando Airport. We will use Alamo again.

I always rent now from Alamo. Prices are reasonable, and the service is always good. I especially like the feature that you can pick your car. We have had extra good service in very different airports such as LAX, Orlando and Corpus Christi. They have been helpful in things like recovering and returning a lost tote bag and restructuring a reservation at a lower price.

As usual everything went smoothly. I have rented from this location several times and never had a problem. There were plenty of cars available and being able to check in on-line allowed us to avoid the hassle of standing in line. Returning the car was easy too. Everyone was professional and polite. Only issue was according to the dash some of the tires were overinflated, so I let some air out.

Checked in prior to arrival at airport. This enabled the ability to by-pass any line at the counter (which I have waited in at this airport for long periods of time). Chose immediately from several SUVs. Great experience. Return was quick and easy as well.

Great experience. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Noted gas tank was a little lower than full, staff immediately reissued a replacement car in a class higher and made the transaction pain free. Thanks

Rent from Alamo often. They were completely out of full size cars. There was a line waiting. Finally talked to a worker and he said to take a min van if that would work. Not exactly what I paid for but didn't want to wait in line for a car.

I travel to Fl. often. Alamo always offers the best prices and great quality cars, in my opinion. Alamo workers are polite and very helpful. A+ service, cars, prices.

I had a pleasant experience with Alamo rent a car in at the Orlando Int. Airport. Upon arrival they were pleasant. They made last minute changes on my reservation with my request and accommodated me appropriately. The car and service was good.

We had first class service. Easy location, quick pick and load, ready to go. On return, worker helped get luggage to airline counter. Could not ask for better service.

We were on our way to our granddaughters first day at Disney in an Alamo rental when we were rear ended by a teenager who was racing. When the police officer was writing the report he discovered the vehicle was not registered and the plates were for a completely different car! We were detained for more than 4 hours before the police towed the car away. Not because the car was unsafe to drive... because it was illegal! The managers at Alamo told us it was OUR FAULT we lost a day of vacation because we were involved in an accident!



Eventually they had a towing company send a second car with a dent so big on the driver side that both both doors squelched whenever we used them... and it didn't have any windshield wiper fluid. We were even given grief about it when we dropped it off.



Now we are dealing with insurance and credit card companies to fulfill Alamo's policies. We will never rent from Alamo again.

Alamo was great. Great rates and the online booking was easy. We chose to bypass the counter and go direct to the car which was awesome. We even got to choose which car in the category we wanted. Great experience. Would rent from Alamo again.

Fast, affordable; actually more than that. Economical. Great service. Very good cars. Easy to book and check in online. You can't ask for more. I get employee discount with other car rental companies, no with this one, but still use, prefer and always will choose Alamo. Thank you all for a great service.

Great experience with Alamo on our trip last week. We had gotten a great price on a large 2015 Chevrolet Suburban which made it possible to rent the SUV. Upon arrival we went straight to the self-check in kiosks and with 5 minutes we had our print-out to take over to the garage and select our car. Sweet car well taken care of. This is my second time renting from Alamo and i wouldn't rent anywhere else from now on where ever I travel too. Great job Alamo. Keep it up. Happy Customer.

The online check in was great. After checkin in we were able to walk directly out to the parking lot and select from many different cars in the class we paid for. This was the best car renting experience we have ever had.

Great experience from pick up to drop off. We chose the 'skip the counter' option. My only suggestions would be to place signs within the airport/rental specifically for customers who chose the 'skip the counter' option. Overall it was a good experience. Would book with Orlando Alamo again.
