Horrible experience , in that store and wouldn't want to work for that owner. She should not own a store. prices too high and delivery not what is should be. Ordered online and got a better price and free delivery from Sears directly. My new freezer arrived and happy camper. Wont be going in that store ever. not owned by Sears. Would rather drive to Daytona then go in there again.. nothing but lies and deception for that women that owns that store and she is rude as can be.

Worst experience I have ever had purchasing a sears appliance! After much research I purchased a sears dishwasher over the phone with no problem. I paid $150.00 for delivery and installation.

The installers were awful! The dishwasher had a chip on the front door and they did not center it in the cabinet. I voiced my concern and the installers response was belligerent and condescending, telling me that the non centered dishwasher was "not his problem", her refused to move it over, or even discuss the issue. He was so nasty that my neighbor (a Judge ) heard how he was speaking to me and he intervened on my behalf. He would not even speak to him! They left and did not even leave me a receipt. I am making Sears take the dishwasher back! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! The installers they use are awful!!!!!

I like to buy local when I can. I have used Sears in Palm Coast since I moved here five years ago, and have had great service. I have recommended them to many friends. I am a local REALTOR and confident when I send clients to Sears for Appliances and services.
