This place is great Mya loves the staff and they love her. They always do a great job taking care of her and make sure she has a fantasic time. The groomer is really good and is priced very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had let these incompetent staff with a “lead” -as she refers to herself- named Brittney to watch for my Hungarian Vizsla. The first issue I had with the staff was they let my dog chew through his custom made leather collar which pretty thick so it must have taken him several minutes to accomplish this task, which means he wasn’t looked after or supervised which I paid for…the reimbursement from the company took forever and the only reason it happened because I was persistent to get it done not because they tried to correct their mistake. I have tried several times to get the money and I was turned away, for once Britney told me “oh yeah the owners went to Vegas and they didn’t leave me a key for the cashier drawer”…at the same time they without hesitation took money from my wife and picking up the dog from daycare.



Second occasion happened today which was the last drop…I dropped off my dog with an injured nail/paw with bandages all over it. He had his nail cut back due to a hanging broken nail, which I am sure he suffered while at this facility… I specifically asked the staff member I dropped my dog off with to see if they can make sure to not to leave him alone/ unattended for a long period of time to give him any chance to chew off his bandage…she said oh sure we can do that…WRONG!!! My wife picked up the dog with a bloody paw no bandages. Had to pay for the day $21 and another $75 at the wet to re-bandage the injured paw. If you want your dog to be maltreated and pay $21 for it go right ahead and leave him at Doggie District Pet Resort Paradise Valley Mall

Our Boston loves this place and we wouldn't think of taking him somewhere else. The staff take such great care or our puppy we just love them.
