Losing my Bear was hard enough but when I received his ashes back I was happily surprised. First class! It was so nice to receive him back in the frames and not a bag of ashes like I received my Feather's back from another company. Thank you so much, it makes the passing so much easier and nice to look at and remember good time

my 9lb Chihuahua Rudy died on Saturday morning. We called this service and Patrick Vereb was very curt on the phone. He came to the house to pick Rudy up a couple of hours later and proceeded to take him out of my arms by the neck and dangling him in mid air away from his body. I told him to please stop holding my dog that way. When I called today to confront him about it he denied it even happened. If you love your pet do not go here. K. Eller
At a time when I needed an angel most not for me but for my sweet baby, Goldie, I found one in Patrick. He provided not only professional assistance far above and beyond anything I could have imagined but comfort, reassurance and most important, Patrick treated Goldie with the utmost respect, dignity and loving care she deserved. When he chose this profession Patrick truly became a blessed angel for innocents who deserve nothing less. You cannot put a price on the service he provides and if you did it would be much more than he asks. I look at Goldie's picture everyday and say thank you to Patrick.
Mr.Vereb was very compassionate and considerate when our 19 yr.old cat, Brookie, passed away, making a sad time in our lives easier..
We were so happy with the care and understanding that Patrick Vereb gave us on the loss of our cat Camille. We lost her 2 days before Christmas, called Patrick at Pet Memorial on December 26 and she was back to us in a beautiful wooden box with her picture on it, on December 29. He even had her paw print in clay and framed beautifully, with her picture on the back. We could tell that Patrick is an animal lover. We highly recommend Pet Memorial!
I recently had to make one of the hardest decisions in my life- to put my canine friend to rest. I am sure if you are reading my review, you are probably either in planning stages or have found yourself in the same situation. Our vet recommended Eternity. I was AMAZED by the personal attention Mr. Vereb gave to us and the quality of services. I really wasn't sure what to expect, but everything was done very tastefully.
Sam was my best friend. We were lucky to have him with us for 13 years. He had a bad few years and then suffered from a tumor which made his walking almost impossible. We had him euthanised. It broke my heart. I wanted him to be with me forever and only him. The Eternity Pet Memorial showed us kindness and returned Sam to us. It made me feel so much better having him home again. They did an exceptional job. His private cremation and his remains were returned and helped with the grieving process.
My dog was diagnosed with a serious illness, and I knew that I wanted to have her cremated and began to call around for information. One I called was nice and business-like but very matter of fact; another was way, way too intense, going so far as to ask when her death would occur!
When I found Eternity Pet Memorial, I knew I had found the right place. They were very prompt at responding to my email requesting information, which is great if you are not ready to talk about final arrangements. When the morning came, Patrick was extremely caring and professional. Lucky's remains were returned in a personalized tin with certificate and Rainbow Bridge poem.
I can't say enough about the outstanding service provided by Eternity Pet Memorial and highly recommend them.
When you realize it is time to say good bye to your best buddy, Eternity Pet Memorial is the place you want to phone. I have used Patrick Vereb three times over the past couple years as my elderly dogs were terminal or in poor health and he is truly a remarkable person. He puts the process in to prospective in a caring and positive manner. He helps remove the guilt that burdens your heart and soul. Now I have a new crew of rescue young dogs and I hope they live long happy lives like my last three did, however, Eternity Pet Memorial will be the only one I will call upon. I wish I could add another five stars to the rating because he deserves it.
