Dont let them repair your jewelry!!! Took my platimun diamond engagement ring to The South Hills Village store to repair a bend and replace prongs and they destroyed my ring and closed down the store!! I have taken it to a real jeweler who explained that the new head was cracked and looks as though they contaminated my platinum by using gold in the weld!!!! They wouldnt tell me who does the work for them either!! $800 to destroy my ring.
