Have a great experience every time I go

Upon returning to this nail shop to get a completely fresh set exactly how I wanted them, I waited two and a half hours to be seen, WITH an appointment. When finally seated, I was given no say in the length of my nails, they were cut to a length I did not approve of. On top of that my shape was all WRONG. WORSE THAN EVER! I also left with SEVEN severe cuts on my nails. And instead of getting a real apology, she (Lynn) tried to blame it on MY cuticles. On top of that she insisted on filing my nails to the thinnest, most fragile nails, leading them to break within a week and a half, just popping off. Then she tried to make it seem like she was giving me a discount saying "oh, it'll only be $25.00" when that's regular price! I should've just left and not even paid. Especially when I was getting my nails done to go on vacation, which she knew, she completely butchered them and I will never spend a dime at this establishment again and encourage my friends to do the same and spread the word.

They use a drill on your natural nail, which is not ok. The application of acrylic was sloppy and resulted in the guy doing my nails shoving his nail inbetween my skin surrounding my nail and the acrylic. That was painful. When done, half my nails were rounded, half were square. I had to come home and file them down and make them all square. Also, I was cut on my skin surrounding my nail by a file. GETTING YOUR NAILS DONE SHOULDN'T RESULT IN AN OPEN WOUND! I suggest paying $10 more at a salon and not risk an absolutely wasted $35.
