I had my car dented in hail storm may 2014. Went to dent guy for estimate, chose him for the repair. Had my car for 3 weeks in nov, did not complete the job. Had to go back March 2015, still didn't have correct parts. After several phone calls car in and done. Still ripped me off for a separate ding, unrelated to hailstorm, but after all time involved and inconvenience, thought that should have been thrown in. Guess not every small business man does business the way my husband and I did for 30 years. Shame. I'll never go back there again.

Had hail damage on my truck, had it repaired by the dent guy and I am very pleased with their work. They came highly recommended and now I know why.

Absolutely under no circumstances would I recommend anyone to this shop! I've first, never been treated so poorly and had to deal with someone so untrustworthy, and the quality of the work is beyond terrible it's hard to comprehend! Terrible business people, only thing they want is to take your money, do a half fast job and send you on your way. They should be embarrassed at their work. Not only did they do such a poor job at repairing my vehicle, they also damaged the inside it, such a lack of respect for my property without even 'I apologize, or I will take care if this for you'.. Nothing. They did the cheapest, poorest job and ready to be on to the next person to scam. No communication, no customer satisfaction. Absolutely don't take your vehicle here unless you wanna be scammed and gave a bigger problem with your vehicle.

These guys do amazing work! The dents are removed expertly and all the work is done with a professional approach -- very "spit and polish" and high quality workmanship all around! Best of Reading without a doubt.
