The only critic is yourself. The experience you get is what you're giving back. I love coming to Demi's. My mum and I have been coming here going on three years. The lady's there are sweet plus the gentleman and are very willing to try any design you give them (it's not exact but they make it there own). Yes, it does get busy and flustered, but shows they have a high list of clientele. Their always great!!

Came here to get my nails done and witness a customer get kicked out by the owner Demi because she had fungus from gettin her nails done there! I wont be back

I have gotten my nails done here once before and was highly dissatisfied with the service. My good friend Emily got a fungal infection from her set of nails that she got at the same time as me. I went in with her to speak to the owner and was very uncomfortable witnessing her speak down on Emily telling her that the infection was her fault!! They don't sanitize their tools!! She basically kicked us out of her salon and told us to never come back!! What business owner doesn't try to fix a situation like that and take ownership?? Who knows... All I know is I won't be back and you shouldn't either.

I took my last set of nails off a few days ago expecting to get a new set of nails that same day but when I removed them I was absolutely disgusted looking at 5 of my nails that appear to have fungus. I have always taken very good care of my nails so this caught me by surprise.

I immediately went in to Demi's and patiently waited to speak with the owner. After 5 minutes she approached me in front of all of the customers in the salon (~20 Clients) she attempted to advise me this was my fault and the cause was water getting under the nail bed. I remained calm and let her attempt to explain and continue to NOT take ownership for her nail techs NOT sanitizing their tools. She kept trying to give me advise and even advised to get the fungus sanded down with a tool? She stated "If you're not happy with this salon you are more than welcome to try another" MIND YOU this is in front of all of her clients who are watching quietly as the owner does everything but try to resolve the situation.

A nice, friendly and clean salon. Prices are of the average , many products to choose from . I adked specifically for a shellac manicure and received a gel manicure instead, saying was one in the same. Will see how it holds up in comparison. I gave them three stars which reflects my first experience at Demi Nails . I plan to return. Ruby

I had a new set put on and a pedicure. Service was okay and a decent job. Nothing spectacular and may try someplace else.
