Bikermick, your grease fittings were already thuroughly greased according to my employees. Applying more grease to an already greased fitting adds no benefit to the bearing. I apologize for the inconvenience in rescheduling to look at your grease fittings, but we did attempt to accomodate you by supplying you a time to come see us again free of charge. If you had discussed the issue with us face to face rather than be upset about it, I am confident that we could have come to an agreement that would have been beneficial to us both.
