Horrible place! I gave this place ONE star because it doesn't have a choice for ZERO. I didn't learn the first time I went to the one on Fred. Rd. when they charged $40.00 for a mani and pedi that they made a total mess on. My pedi hurt like crap bcuz they soaked my feet for 3 min, they were in a rush talking their crap no one can understand. My hubby gave me a 2nd gift card, waited 11 months to use, because I have a new salon. I didn't want to waste the gift card, so I went again. Got another horrible painful pedi and mani, the cheap polish was peeling off by the time I got to my car. I would NEVER go there again, gift card or not. I had to re do my own mani.And, card was for $60 so they tipped themselves, I wouldn't have tipped them $1.00. BEWARE.. go elsewhere & enjoy spending your $40...

Horrible service. Nail tech did not shape my nails like I asked. Mixed gel polish with reg polish. Rushing to get me out of his chair. He asked me to pay before he even finished service which was a mistake and I was still nice enough to tip him thinking he would finish my nails a little better. He polished my nails in a hurry. Worst nail salon I've ever been to! Do not come here.

I ONLY gave it a one star because it forced me to chose one. This place is horrible!! DO NOT waste your time OR your money. I am usually a very mellow person but this place has a scam going and it is very upsetting. My first and last experience there started with a manicure/pedicure. She offered me shellac nail polish and said it was only a little more expensive. By the end, my nails and toes looked like crap (they were bare on the side - not painted), but it gets worse. I was going to leave and chalk it up as a lose because it wasn't worth me getting angry and be there longer by asking her to fix it. As it was, I had already been there two hours because she kept making me wait while she took care of other customers who had arrived after me. When I got to the counter, she proceeds to tell me that my bill was $180 for me and my mother-in-law. Apparently, her idea of a little more expensive was $20 for toes and $20 for nails per person. JUST FOR THE POLISH!! Then she said that it was $50 per person for the mani/pedi. I called her on it because she had given me a pamphlet to choose my pedicure from and the price on it was $40. They are running a scam there. DON'T GO!!!
