I had a great experience at this place about a month ago.

My husband and I went in there knowing nothing about car seats and strollers, and coming out with a wealth of knowledge. It all started right when we walked in the building, we were greeted by them instantly. When we walked around to look at the car seats we were approached by an employee named Chris. He shared with us a wealth of information about the different car seats and strollers. He showed us the safest options and the best options for us. He even suprised us by knowing alot about cribs as well . Then there was another employee named Steve, who showed us how easy it is it would be to install the car seat in our car. He also showed us the best diapers and formula to buy. To top it off we were given the best customer service by a cashier named Tiffany. She was very friendly to us, and made sure we didn't have to wait too long.



I would recommend this place to anybody who is starting out with a family. I recommend going on a weekday like us because they get extremely busy on the weekend ( long lines). The prices on some things here tend to be high, but they do give out coupons. The only hiccup this store had was I went to look for baby clothes but the two employees in that area were no help ( I caught both of the girls too distracted with texting). But other then that everthing was fantastic.

Sometimes the help in the store is stellar but often they are unhelpful and combative--when you can find any help that is.
