Good afternoon, How can you allow Electrical contractor in stall meter pedestal's without a permit and install meter can and make the owner responsible for the contractors mistakes why not fine the contractor not the owner this is not right for pnm to take advantage of family making very little money getting charged over 500.00 dollars for the last two months due to a contractor faults and pnm not catching this mistake.
