No one offered to measure my feet, and when I finally found a shoe that was comfortable I learned that it wasn't the complete shoe I was purchasing...the insert was an "orthotic footbed" and was almost $30 extra! So beware and check the TOTAL cost of the shoe before committing to the purchase. Would not have known this, but another customer was there to pick up his order. He was quoted $140 and it came to $175. Shame

That the service and selection is awesome. It is how shoe stores used to be. The staff knows a lot about feet and they help you find the right shoes for your feet. They have brands that I like... Dansko, Keen, Naot and some others. I was really happy with the service and the shoes I ended up getting.
