Ivy is great does above and beyond service to make sure you are happy also makes sure your nails look great I would never go anywhere else. I drive 45 minutes just to she her that's tells you a lot when time is money just know that you are missing out if you don't go to supernails.����

Okay, since this little place is only about a block from me I thought I would give it a try for a simple manicure. Bad idea. I received several small cuts in my cuticles (ouch!) and a very bad polishing job. It didn't last more than a couple of days just doing small administrative tasks. A few weeks later, I thought I would try it one more time just to give them another chance - maybe it was just an "off" day before. Really bad idea. Not only did I receive the same small nicks in my cuticles, I had a cut that she had a hard time getting to stop bleeding. The polish job was the worst I've ever had - polish on my cuticles and uneven. Even after spending almost 20 minutes under the dryer, and four hours later, my polish is STILL soft and pliable. I haven't had my hands under water and the humidity is low. I gave them two chances, but no more. I wonder if the lady doing my nails is not able to see well, as it is obvious she did a lousy job. I've been to two other salons around the same zip code and never had polish that wouldn't dry (sooner) nor (ouch) nicks...ever. Now I understand why the parking lot was almost empty. If this keeps up, at least it opens up the parking lot to the other businesses. Buh-bye.

great pedi by Lisa! very thorough cleaning and clipping of the nails and feet and the massage was wonderful. The massage chair also did the trick! I love the polish with the beautiful flower.

This place is not very good. My friend and I went for manicures with the gel nail polish and mine turned out good. However the woman that did my friends was terrible and when you told her there was a problem she brushed it off and refused to fix it. She did not file my friends nails or buff them, she cut her finger with an unclean tool, the paint job had bubbles in it and was streaky. I would avoid this place, or at the very least avoid the heavyset Asian lady with chin length hair!
