Do NOT go to this store! The customer service is the worst of any store I have ever been to. I purchased a pair of shoes (very expensive shoes I might add) and specifically asked the sales clerk if I wore them and then decided I didn't like them if I could return them. He said yes...just keep the receipt. What a crock. I wore them once and they were extremely uncomfortable. When I took them back, the sales girl was extremely rude and would not do anything. She just said I should try to sell them to a friend. She practically laughed in my face like she had played a real trick on me. If you want to be made to feel like a peon and to ruin your entire day, then go to this store...otherwise RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

They are great at fitting 'hard to fit' feet. I need double wide shoes - my husband has extra narrow. They can and do fit both of us. They treat all customers well and although the shoes are pricey - they wear well.

I went into the store to look at Ugg boots. My fiance had ordered me a pair and I wasn't sure about how their sizing was so I wanted to try on a pair to see how they fit. My fiance and I didn't know they sold them that close to the town we live in otherwise we would have just bought them from the store. Anyway, when I asked the girl if they had any in a size 6 she said You bought these offline and we may have a pair in the back but I'm not going to look for you because thats rude! I couldn't believe it! They would have had future purchases from us but because of her I will NEVER EVER give them a dime of my money!
