Ordered a lrg hand tossed supreme. I specifically asked the gal on the phone what exactly is the hand tossed? She said, its just like the pan only a lil bit thinner. I agreed to order it. When we got it and opened the box it looked like the pizza had been shook up. It was a mess. When we tried to pick up a piece of pizza, it just fell apart. The dough was raw. So I called the store to tell them. 'Sheri' basically told me it wasnt raw that all pizzas are cooked for 15 mins. She was extremely rude to me on the phone. I asked for the district managers name and number and she told me she couldnt give that info out and hung up on me. I called right back. Once again she refused to give me the name and number. This lady did absolutely nothing to fix my problem. She didn't care. I will never go back to Pizza Hut again just because of this one nasty incompetent employee. Whoever is over this store needs to keep their employees in check.

We are so glad that Pizza Hut deliveredn to the Ramada Inn North on Christmas Eve 2010. The pizza was really good and hadn't cooled off by the time the delivery man arrived. Thank you so much!
