My Oreck XL21 stopped working. I bought it several years before in Sarasota, FL but that store was no longer open. When I brought it in they were totally professional. They said they would evaluate and fix whatever is wrong. Since I bought the XL21, everything would be covered. They replaced the motor and fan. A new bag and belt were also taken care of. The turn around time was 5 days. I couldn't be happier with the service that I received.
