I went to the Broadway location and they were out of the medication I so greatly needed, so the pharmacist sent me to the grant locaton and told me I should have no problem that they get thousands. I drive over ten miles and their pharamcist tells me sorry we have to save for our regular customers. That is totally unfair and not right. When your in pain and they say no sorry that's not right. It should be first come first serve. Its all income for them. I will never shop in that store again. Thank god I went right next door to target and they helped me with no problem. I guarantee that is where I will be spending my money from now on.

Poor,Poor,Poor--have decided to never enter this store again. The worst customer service of any store. Made to wait behind customers who know cashiers and have them do their shopping as they are at register, all other customers are waiting in line. When a new register opens, they do not take NEXT PERSON IN LINE, they pick someone out of the line and have them go ahead of all of the others, while the people who have been waiting in line are forced to continue to wait. The casheirs do not know the sale prices, do not know the specials, or the regular prices. They have no self serve registers, so you must WAIT. Only good aspect is the meat dept. The people in the meat dept. are very customer oriented and know their job. They should get a raise!!!!!! They're the only ones who know what they are doing.

ALBERTSONS GIVES A 7 DAY WINDOW FROM THE DATE THE GROCERIES WERE PURCHASED UNTIL THE CERTIFICATE IS INVALID. PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO CONSERVE FUEL, IT APPEARS TO ME ( AND OUR CASE IS A GOOD EXAMPLE ) WE PURCHASE GAS EVERY 2 WEEKS OR SO. THE DISCOUNT WAS NO GOOD TO US. ALBERTSONS NEEDS TO CONCIDER EXTENDING THE TIME TO SAY 15 DAYS TO A MONTH, BEFORE THE COUPON BECOMING INVALID...
