This beauty salon houses very rude women. Even the one that answered the phone for me today hung up in my face after I asked her questions about their haircutting policy. She said she didn't have time for our conversation and I was wasting her time! She claimed I had to have them wash my hair before they cut it even though I washed it myself. She claimed it was a state board regulation, which is untrue. If that was the case...barbershops and SuperCuts would be cited and out of business. I told her that if they clean their instruments after each client it should not matter....unless they don't do it because THEY washed it first....which would be a violation according to stateboard regulations hun!!! People, just because you do good hair it doesn't mean it is a substitute or reason to be rude!! Customer service should always come first, and apparently those unprofessional,ghetto,disrespectful heffas need a lesson in it. I heard about them from a friend that they were rude too....
