They are always so polite and I absolutely recommend this place to go with your family.

I live down the street from this IHOP. I have been there countless times, and for the most part the service is decent and the food is their regular. I went there recently, and had the worst restaurant experience ever! After forgetting my order, I received my bacon and egg cheeseburger with RAW BACON on it. When I could finally express this to the server (20 minutes later) she apologized and returned it to the kitchen. After all, I know it is not the waitress's responsibility to cook meat products to the proper temperature. My plate was then returned, with the same burger and bacon. I tried to explain that this burger patty has already been contaminated by the raw bacon, and requested to speak with the manager. She told the manager, and he refused to come out and talk. I could see him peaking around the corner avoiding me. When he finally made contact with our table(35 minutes later), he continuously called me SWEET HEART! and told me that I was over reacting. For the record, I am a cook at a restaurant, and I am in the culinary program and the Art Institute. I have a San Diego Food Handlers Card, and have passed many sanitation classes. Raw pork products can get you very sick! Between the sexist way he handled the situation, to the unsanitary things that are occurring in the kitchen, I have never been back since.
