service sucks and they never open on time - they just as crooked as the police and charge high fees for poor service- they need a competitor to take over there business.

The absolute worst business I have ever experienced. Professionalism at this company is nonexistent. Their top concern is making as much money as they as can even on the most minor incidents. When I called the number to question about my car being towed the worker immediately started to be disrespectful and raise his voice unnecessarily. As an owner of a business myself, it blew my mind to hear the way an employee was talking over the phone, especially to a female. For a company that charges an arm and a leg no matter what the towing scenario may be, a higher level of professionalism should be in place. I was charged over $300 dollars when my car was held for only a few hours. The owners of the cars they tow are the ones who keep the business open and provide the employees with their incomes. If they can have the audacity to charge such insane prices, the least they could do is have common respect and manners. They do nothing but take your car and rip you off.

HORRIBLE!!! This towing service based out of Waukegan towed my van for 4.5 miles and charged me $295. My van broke down. I left it at a McDonalds parking lot. I left two LARGE signs on the windows saying I would be back the next day to tow it. The truck driver ignored the signs, towed it 4.5 miles and refused to bring my van out of the shop after I paid them. Threatened to keep it if I don't go in and drive it off although I told him it's broken...A bunch of THIEVES operating a business.
