Provided by DexKnowsI have wondered for years why Scotch & Sirloin continues to be an attraction. The steaks are so often disappointing--and for the cost, should be perfect. We tried again recently, and left VERY disappointed. The waitress, though sweet, had too many tables to serve. We were there 20 minutes before our order was taken! We didn't get our salads till we were there for 45 minutes! All through the meal, we had to wait and wait for anything additional. Two in our party ordered steaks--both ordered medium well. One of them was served black and VERY well done. Not surprisingly, it was tough. The other looked like prime rib, red clear through--and was full of fat and gristle. Those are the biggest complaints. But two less important ones are the bread needed salt and the carrots were almost raw. PROS: Just one: Salman was very good.
Really delicious and tender steaks, they have the best service I ever had, people were so friendly and they serve you as fast as they can. I missed this place so much. I hope I could go back in Wichita sooner.

To the man that is obviously too much of a pompous jerk to go out to eat....First of all, I don't know of any restaurant that guarentees a specific table for someone. The Scotch always trys their best to make everyone happy. We need not forget that we are adults and when you go to a restaurant it is about service and food, not entitlement of where you sit. I'm sure there are plenty other restaurants that you can find to go to so you can give THEM the headache of you being there.
I made reservations two days in advance for a specific table which was supposed to be reserved for my wife and I to spend our anniversary on Friday at 7 p.m. When we arrived we were told that our table was given to someone else, so we went to the lounge and waited till after 8:30 and we decided to make reservations elsewhere. I have been a loyal patron for the past 20 years and the Scotch blemished our anniversary in such a way that we will not return or recommend the Scotch from this day forward!
The appetizers are tasty, the steaks of good quality. It's a good steak restaurant. But, there's no specials or variations in their menu. So, over time it's limiting.
