To say I was unimpressed is being generous!



The bride for a wedding I am in bought her dress from there and we purchased our bridesmaid dresses from there. The sizes they had to try on were very limited. When being fitted for bridesmaid dresses we were measured at the FRONT of the stores counter, very unprofessional. When I was measured I was measured incorrectly, asked them to measure again. After fussing she complied and she was 2 inches off on my waist.



When we got the dresses my zipper was broken on my dress and another bridesmaid didn't fit into her dress. When they took her bust measurements again they told her that she was 3 inches larger. Then they proceeded to tell her that she must have grown. I'm sorry but NO ONE grows that much in a matter of months. The reality is that they mismeasured and they failed to compensate for their mistakes. I was told that I was the one who broke my zipper when I had never previously tried on that dress nor had anyone else. For as expensive as that dress was I was not impressed with the quality or the store.



They are very disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. They were not helpful in the slightest solving our dress issues and they refused to compensate for their mistakes. I absolutely do not recommend this shop to anyone. Very disappointed with my overall experience.

Thank you soooo much to all the ladies at The White Dress! They were so patient and kind in finding me the perfect gown- and for only $600! I am so excited to wear my dress!

This bridal boutique is awesome! I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at The White Dress. Kelly was the consultant that helped me and she was so patient and had great suggestions for me. I was nervous because I am plus sized, but the store had a wonderful selection at good prices. These girls made dress shopping a breeze- I wish I would've went here first!!!

I went to The White Dress this past weekend and could not have asked for a better experience. I am a plus-sized bride and was nervous about finding a bridal gown. They had a good selection for me to try on and were at very reasonable prices. The second one I tried on was "the one!" I did not realize the process would be so easy! My consultant listened to what I was looking for and together we found my dream dress. I would recommend this store to all brides.

Finally Wichita has a beautiful place to buy you wedding gown! I just bought my dress last week and the ladies in this store were so nice! They worked with me to get my dress just how I wanted it. I truly recommend to any bride that you visit this store!

I haven't seen anything like this store in Wichita. They have a great selection of bridal gowns and the service was fantastic...very friendly and helpful. They made finding my dream dress extremely easy. I was also able to find my bridesmaids and flower girl dresses there. My mom was impressed with the selection of mothers dresses and will definitely be back in to get hers. I would highly recommend The White Dress to any bride!
