She was a great florist and found my venue for me. I found her completely professional until the weekend of the wedding when she acted like she'd never even seen a wedding before. She ruined so many moments in my wedding including "the moment" when the doors open and it's just me, by closing the doors before the flower girls walked, so that when I walked out of my little room, it wasn't just me behind the doors, it was the flower girls as well. I kept trying to whisper it to her but she ignored me and told me to "come on." When the doors opened, everyone could see me AND the flower girls and the pianist started to play MY music but the flower girls had to walk first, it was awkward and embarrassing. I had no idea if my groom saw me, then the flower girls, and so the moment of surprise that every girl wants her whole life was ruined forever for me. Also Tracy's husband was helping her, which she had never told me before would be happening and I found it very unprofessional. He told me to "jump to the side and hide" when this happened with the flower girls and the doors being opened. I was mortified right before walking down the aisle. She didn't do anything she was asked to, and instead appointed a bridesmaid each time to go do it for her. She unplugged my slideshow at the reception and walked away and told a bridesmaid to go get someone while she went back to the bar to drink. She yelled at my bridesmaids and made one cry. At the rehearsal she had NO clue what was going on and kept asking the photographer and preacher what kinds of things were SUPPOSED to happen and when and how. She was definitely more "in the way" than any kind of "help" or "planner." She acted ditzy and dumb and tried to be our waitress at the reception when we had full glasses. It was very strange, as if she had no idea what she WAS supposed to be doing, but when ASKED to do things, didn't. She kept mistaking the groom for his older brother, trying to hide me from the wrong guy. She asked for my pictures from my photographer before I got a chance to look at them. She didn't help set up OR clean up the reception. Although I gave her every copy of what was going on, she still did not know things or bother to look at the copy to figure them out. She asked my honorary bridesmaid questions that she should've known and had papers I had given her that told her the answers, but failed to look at them. Bottom line, she was awful! I wish she wasn't there, my wedding would've run more smoothly.
