Not awful and the amount of procedures held are wonderful if one is looking for cosmetic procedures or a simple cleansing. Calling seems to work best for me to schedule appointments otherwise walking in for information seems to work. The online interface works alright but i've found some bugs.

Communication with this facility's scheduling is almost impossible. Hold times are long, then you are finally sent to a voice mail that tells you not to leave a second message. Then wait, wait, wait to see if they will call back. Either they do not have sufficient staff to handle this component of their operation. It does color everything in a negative light on the front end. The staff otherwise are terrific.

There seems to be some issues communication wise at Yakima valley dermatology. I go in once a month & almost always end up waiting about an hour before being taken back to see the doctor. They ask that patients get there 15 minutes before their appointment time but I always end up waiting so there's really no point. I've had some prescription problems because of communication errors on their part as well. Once you actually get to see the doctor, it's fine but overall I do not look forward to waiting an hour when my actual appointment only takes about 2 minutes.

Took care of my skin issue that i've had forever, no more problems! Great people there too. Recommend
