ZERO STARS.

i don't like people touching my feet, because i have sores on my heels that make things very sensitive to the touch. a friend convinced me to go in to get a pedicure, telling me that a foot massage would be included and that the moisture treatments could actually help my feet. so we decided to go to Bee Zion Nails. i informed the woman of the sores, One so that she would know to make extra sure the bowl was clean before using it on someone else and Two so she would be aware of the issue when massaging. the lady began my foot soak and let me watch what she did with my friend first. when the assistant took my friend over to paint her toes, the lady turned to begin on my feet. the very first thing she did was take out a huge file and literally attacked my feet. nearly in tears, i gently reminded her about the sores and she yelled at me. i couldn't understand what she said but i was incredulous. not only was she blatantly ignoring me but she yelled at me about it. by the time she was done my feet were bleeding. i will never come here again.

There is a lack of customer service. They have complete disrespect and they are unfriendly. Location is the only reason I chose this place, now I know going out of my way for better service will be worth it. May your nail shop be successful after you treat your paying customers with respect and kindness.

They have nice people there. But there nail salon is not clean and is very unsanitary. I got my nails done twice with acrylic. The first time my nails looked cute! Second time I went in they filled an painted them and I went home. Approximately 2 weeks later I see these dark spot under my right hands middle fingers nail, and my right hands ring fingers nail. I was curious so I cracked my nail to look underneath. Come to find it I have a fungus or bacterial infection growing under my nails because of there unsanitary facilities. For your health I would honestly not go there.

They Lied about my gel nails. they use acrylic powder then do a gel over lay but charge for gel nails. they are dishonest don't go there

I am a FAITHFUL customer!! Every 2 wees like clockwork! Everyone there is super friendly, and knows what they are doing. Tom, the owner, is awesome! He remembers all his customers, and knows exactly how each of them get their Mani/Pedi's done. I got my mother hooked.on this place too! The prices are good, awesome specials Monday-Thursday, and awesome work!! Love, love, love...matter of fact, I'm headed there now!

to go somewhere else. I was a faithful customer until I went in for a pink and white fill today. Not only did the woman (she is the owner) make a mess of my nails,admit that she messed them up, asked me to comeback two days later in the morning when they were closed she would put o a new set for me BUT CHARGED ME 25.00 today for the fill, and the told me it would be an additional 35.00 to fix them. When it was her mistake,.I clairified that she was charging me for her mistake and she tried to sound like she was cutting me a deal. Went down the street to get them fixed from TOPNAILS where they treated me like a valued customer! They have my business now.
